Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Consiliuma website! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By engaging with our services, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, the client, and Consiliuma (referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”), based in the UK. Our services range from web design and graphic design to digital marketing, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, and SMM (Social Media Marketing).

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Web Design Services
We provide bespoke web design services tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. Our process includes initial consultations, concept designs, revisions, and the final delivery of the website that meets client requirements.

2.2 Graphic Design Services
Our graphic design services include branding, logos, marketing materials, and more. All rights to the designs are transferred to the client upon full payment.

2.3 Digital Marketing Services
We offer comprehensive digital marketing services, which include SEO, PPC, and SMM strategies, aimed at increasing online visibility and driving traffic to your website.

3. Ownership and Rights

Upon receipt of full payment for the services rendered:
- All intellectual property rights related to the work produced, including designs, graphics, and websites, will transfer to the client.
- Clients are free to use the work as they see fit, and we will not retain any rights to the work produced.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Discounts
Clients who have projects that total over £1,000 (excluding printing) will receive a **10% discount** if they choose to pay in full at the outset.

4.2 Payment Structure
- For projects under £3,000, a staggered payment arrangement will be adopted:
- 50% of the total cost is due upfront before work commences.
- 25% will be due at an agreed-upon staged milestone.
- 25% is payable upon completion of the project.

For projects exceeding £3,000, detailed payment milestones will be outlined in the project agreement.

5. Completion and Installation

Upon final payment, all work will be implemented on the client’s website, including domain and hosting arrangements as specified. We will ensure a seamless transition to live status for the completed project, inclusive of training, support, and any necessary adjustments.

Communication and Authorised Contact

To ensure a smooth workflow and to reduce the risk of conflicting demands, we require that you designate a point of contact who is authorised to make decisions and sign off on choices for you and your company. This ensures that communication flows effectively, and we do not have different options or demands being made by various partners or colleagues.

Delays caused by client inaction, such as a lack of timely feedback or decision-making, may result in additional fees. Extended delays can slow down project targets and create a backlog for other clients, leading to potential breakdowns in timelines.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Project Cancellation
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client will be responsible for payment based on the work completed at the time of cancellation. Any upfront payments made may be non-refundable depending on the extent of the work provided.

7.2 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services provided, refunds are generally not available once the work has commenced. Clients are encouraged to discuss any concerns directly with us.

8. Liability

Consiliuma will make every effort to meet deadlines; however, we cannot be held liable for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including technical issues, client delays in providing materials or feedback, or external factors. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services, excluding any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising will be settled through mediation or in the courts of the UK.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. For information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
